Razer shows BlackShark V2 Pro – immersive sound for wireless gaming
By Editor 6 months ago
After Razer has had a really good e-sports headphone in its stable for a few weeks with the BlackShark V2 (review), there is now an upgrade:
Welcome Razer BlackShark V2 Pro!
The Razer BlackShark V2 Pro aims to bring all the groundbreaking audio and microphone technologies found in the recently released Razer BlackShark V2, and takes it a step further with a new microphone housing and an additional speaker chamber. By incorporating Razer HyperSpeed Wireless, the headset is said to deliver lossless, immersive sound for low-latency, wireless gaming and offer up to 24 hours of battery life and 12 meters of wireless range.
The Razer BlackShark V2 Pro utilizes the Razer TriForce Titanium 50mm drivers first introduced in the award-winning Razer BlackShark V2. With its additional speaker chamber, the Razer BlackShark V2 Pro aims to deliver even brighter, clearer sound with individually tuned high, mid and low frequencies for clearer highs, rich mid-tones and powerful bass. Completed with THX Spatial Audio with Gaming Profiles, the Razer BlackShark V2 Pro aims to be the new benchmark in e-sports headsets with 360-degree immersive audio for the competitive edge.
Featuring the new 9.9mm Razer HyperClear Supercardioid microphone, the Razer BlackShark V2 Pro aims to deliver ultra-clear voice quality for perfect team communication – even during the most heated battles: with improved voice isolation that rejects more ambient noise from the back and sides, increased sensitivity for better low-frequency response, an optimized housing and precise voice pickup.
The Razer BlackShark V2 Pro is lightweight yet durable at just 320g and features closed earcups, covered inside with soft faux leather, for excellent passive noise cancellation that easily blocks out unwanted outside noise for long gaming sessions and uninterrupted immersion. The Razer BlackShark V2 Pro is equipped with ultra-soft and comfortable memory foam ear cushions and a headband made of FlowKnit fabric, a breathable fabric that reduces sweat and heat buildup at contact points – a combination that should make the Razer BlackShark V2 Pro the ultimate wireless gaming headset.
The Razer BlackShark V2 Pro is available now for 199.99 on Razer.com.
